Comedian/Actor Mike Epps has been in talks for a while now to play Richard Pryor but due to "The Business" Pryor wife along with others rejected the idea of Epps portraying Pryor. In an interview Epps says they tried to give Marlon Wayans the royal and Epps states that Wayans wasn't real enough to even play a dude like Richard Pryor.
Every since I heard about Mike Epps being up for the role of playing Richard Pryor, I thought he was perfect for the role so now I can't wait to see the film. I think this will be Epps best performance yet.
